Our Team

Marina Moraes – CEO

Marina Moraes is the founder of Pink Hammer Construction. With a background in architecture and years of hands-on construction experience, she created the company to make construction feel a lot less stressful and far less confusing. Marina loves helping clients turn ideas into real spaces while guiding them through design, plans, permits, and construction without the usual headaches. As a mom of two daughters, she’s an expert in multitasking, problem-solving, and staying calm when things get chaotic—skills that translate surprisingly well to construction.

Iliana Carolina Mongrut – ???

Carolina is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps Pink Hammer Construction running smoothly. She manages a little bit of everything, keeps the moving parts moving, and is Marina Moraes’s right hand in all things business. From solving daily chaos to handling the details no one else sees, Carolina is the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her official title is still undecided—but whatever it is, nothing happens without her.
