Marina Moraes is the founder and CEO of Pink Hammer Construction. With a background in architecture and hands-on construction experience, she leads projects from concept and permitting through construction with a practical, client-focused approach. Marina is passionate about creating functional, high-quality spaces while making the construction process clear, organized, and efficient for every client

Iliana Carolina Mongrut – Operations Manager

Carolina is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps Pink Hammer Construction running smoothly. She manages a little bit of everything, keeps the moving parts moving, and is Marina Moraes’s right hand in all things business. From solving daily challenges to handling the details no one else sees, Carolina helps ensure every project and operation stays on track.

Kim Ribeiro – Project Mananger

Kim Ribeiro is a Construction Project Manager with a background in architecture, specializing in commercial tenant improvements, franchise build-outs, and design-build project coordination. With experience managing projects from planning and permitting through construction execution, he focuses on efficient project delivery, quality control, code compliance, and streamlined communication between clients, designers, and field teams.
